Yeah, Summer is here! Where - all times away - 32 degrees me already really a number are too warm. Healthy Frozen Yoghurt Snack

The Frozen Yoghurt Barks are so simple and good that you just have to try them out. You only need Greek yogurt, some maple syrup or honey and delicious topping to your heart's content and then your healthy snack is ready for the freezer:)
Step by Step to a Healthy Summer Snack
For the healthy Frozen Yoghurt Barks, you first need to mix the Greek yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla and put it on a baking paper give filled sheet metal. The yoghurt mixture is now garnished at will with fruits, nuts or cereals. I took raspberries and oatmeal. The baking tray is now in the freezer for at least 4 hours and you can enjoy your healthy summer snack.
Instead of Greek yogurt you can of course also use any other yogurt.Wonderfully refreshing, quite simply made and great with the favorite fruits variable.
- 500 g greek yogurt
- 2 TL Maple Syrup
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 125 g raspberries
- 50 g Oatmeal and Nuts
- Place a baking dish or a plate (must fit in the freezer from the size) with baking paper.
