Noodles à la Carbonara with beans and bacon

I've discovered a great pasta recipe in the Food & Drink for every day I would like to share with you.

Spaghetti Carbonara is a real noodle classic for fans of creamy pasta dishes. Why not a little modification? The green beans go well with the delicious egg cream sauce and crispy fried bacon.

For those days when food needs to be fast on the table, this simple carbonara dish is just right!

You need for 2 people:
- 200 g of pasta - 200 g of beans
- 100 g of streaky bacon
- 150 ml of cooking cream
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- pepper, salt
- 1 tablespoon oil

Wash the beans and cut off the ends. Put the pasta and the beans together in a pot of boiling, salted water and prepare according to the instructions. (Beans have the same cooking time as pasta)

Cut the bacon into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon crisply.

Whisk the cream with the milk and the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the noodles and beans with the bacon Add to the pan and mix well. Then remove the pan from the hob and add the egg cream. Heat over low heat until the sauce is absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.

Let it taste you!
