It's time for low carb zucchini noodles, you do not think so too ? Today I brought you a wonderful combination of crunchy zucchini, shrimp and creamy cream sauce. My shrimp zoodles are cooked to perfection and the perfect light dinner.

My Way To Feel-Good Weight

Lately, I have been rewarded with sweets and greasy foods quite often when my day was stressful again. This should be over now, because I finally want to feel really comfortable in my skin. Seven kilos still separate me from my feel-good weight, which I most recently brought on the scales before my pregnancy. As far as the food is concerned, I am an absolute indulgence person. Never in my life would I completely miss pizza, pasta and my beloved burgers, even if low carb dishes, like these Zoodles, really do taste wonderful.

After much deliberation, I signed up with the Weight Watchers last week, because here I can eat exactly the foods I like, although not nonstop ;) In addition, I am allowed to eat on fresh fruit and vegetables really full and even for a glass of wine in the evening are often still points left.

From my first Weight Watchers meeting, I was very excited and since then highly motivated , I will gradually tell you about my successes and also provide some of my recipes with smartpoints. My shrimp zoodles have just 3 smartpoints per person and are really full. If you are particularly hungry, then you can treat yourself to the whole portion. :)

My blog definitely needs to be filled with many more delicious vegetable noodle recipes. I'm just a big fan of healthy noodles.Chop the garlic. Dice onion and carrot. Let the frozen prawns thaw for a short time. Dice the tomatoes.

  • The olive oil in a pan heat up and fry garlic and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add prawns and fry for 6 minutes.

  • Then add the tomato cubes and Deglaze the shrimp pan with cream and 50 ml of water. Bring to a boil while savoring the sauce with salt, pepper, lemon juice and dill.
  • Add the zucchini noodles and simmer for 1-2 minutes in the sauce.
