The name is a bit strange, right? But in terms of taste, the Low Carb Oopsies are really delicious and for those of you who like carbohydrates from time to time, they are a great alternative to classic bread. Oopsies are low carb patties made from eggs and cream cheese, which do not require flour and are heavenly light and fluffy. You can imagine the oopsies tastes like omelets, so they fit in well with the next Sunday brunch.

Oopsies consist of the two basic ingredients cream cheese and eggs. In order for them to taste really delicious, you should spice up your oopsies properly. Oopsies can be used as a bread substitute, as a pizza dough, with some Xucker, honey and cottage cheese instead of the cream cheese as sweet muffins or as low carb burger buns and are prepared in an instant. Your creativity is limitless with the Low Carb Oopsies.

I ate my oopsies today with halloumi, ham, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. As a healthy, fast sandwich, so to speak:)
