Sitting barefoot on the picnic blanket, delicious snacks in the luggage and pure sun! Oh, what do I love the warm season! I'm a real fruit junkie and could feed myself in the weather only from colorful berries and fruits. Of course, they should not be missing in the salad :) Because in the warm spring sun, fruity salads taste twice as good! I especially like this salad with fruits, quinoa and feta strong>. Wonderfully refreshing and wonderfully colorful!
Fast Low Carb Salad with Fruit
Made fast and absolutely delicious! In my fruity salad, strawberries, blueberries and mango join baby spinach, quinoa and avocado. A spring-fresh combination of my absolute favorite ingredients! Low Carb, really healthy and so tasty!
