Step by Step to a Healthy Summer Snack

For the healthy Frozen Yoghurt Barks, you first need to mix the Greek yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla and put it on a baking paper give filled sheet metal. The yoghurt mixture is now garnished at will with fruits, nuts or cereals. I took raspberries and oatmeal. Ingredients
    500 g greek yogurt
  • 2 TL Maple Syrup
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 50 g Oatmeal and Nuts
Instructions
  1. Place a baking dish or a plate (must fit in the freezer from the size) with baking paper.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the maple syrup and the pith of the vanilla pod and spread on the baking paper.

  • Now break the Frozen Yoghurt Barks into pieces and enjoy.
