Today I have a very simple pasta dish with just a few ingredients for you - pasta with tomato and mozzarella sauce. Perfect as a quick dinner after a long day of work or as a mid-term dish during a thrilling football game, as the preparation lasts at most 15 minutes.

Tomatoes are totally healthy and especially low in calories and can be wonderful with fresh herbs and mozzarella combine. Perfect, because that's exactly what I've got in the house.

With the fast tomato mozzarella sauce, you can quickly conjure up an Italian holiday flair in your own four walls.Chop the tomatoes, finely chop the garlic and onion Heat in a pan and briefly sauté the onions with the garlic.
