Jamie Olivers tagliatelle with broccoli and pesto

I love the variety of food. That's why I do not always pay attention to calories, but I also like to enjoy a large portion of pasta.

Pasta can be combined with all sorts of vegetables. I think broccoli is especially good on my pasta plate. He is incredibly tasty and full of healthy ingredients. So let's get to the cabbage!

I discovered the recipe for tagliatelle with broccoli and pesto in Jamie Oliver's cookbook Jamies Kochschule *.Divide the broccoli into small florets, set them aside. Remove the lower end of the straw, halve the rest of the stalk and cut into thin slices. Coarsely chop the basil, rub the parmesan.

  • The tagliatelle together with the broccoli Prepare slices in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Add the broccoli florets to the potato slices two minutes before cooking ends Strain noodles and vegetables, catch some cooking water and put it back into the top (about 50 ml). Add the basil leaves with the pesto and half of the parmesan and mix with the cooking water.
  • Arrange the pasta with the vegetables and the pesto on plates and garnish with the remaining parmesan.
  • Good hunger!
